On Tuesday, March 12, Irish beef had a leading role in the InterContinental Amstel hotel. The Irish ambassador Kelly, chef Rogér Rassin, some Dutch chefs from the Chefs’ Irish Beef Club and numerous Ireland fans were given an extensive Irish taste.
