Preface

Catch-On creative communication (hereinafter: Catch-On) takes your privacy very seriously and will process and use information about you (the subject in question) in a secure manner. In this Privacy Statement we explain which data we process, and for what purpose we do that.

In addition, in this Privacy Statement you can read about your rights with regard to our processing of your personal data. We recommend that you read this Privacy Statement carefully. For questions, you can always contact esther@catch-on.nl.

Who is Catch-On?

Catch-On is a communication and PR agency that delivers branded content to connect, inspire and impact others in the Dutch agrifood business, with offices at Paasloweg 1, 3849 RV in Hierden, registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 08113467.

Catch-On is the controller with regard to the processing of your personal data.

How does Catch-On use your information?

Below you will find an overview of the purposes for which Catch-On processes personal data about you. In each case it is indicated which data Catch-On uses for that specific purpose, what the legal basis is to be allowed to process that data and how long the data is kept by Catch-On.

To keep it clear, we have grouped everything by type of data stream.

Purpose:
Communication and keeping the network up to date.

Data:
Company name; personal names; address; postal code; residence; telephone number; email address; possibly photo.

Basis:
Unambiguous consent and to be free and informed.

Retention period:
No longer than necessary for this purpose.

How do we obtain your personal data?

Catch-On has information about you in its possession, because you have provided this information to us through a contact form or otherwise.

What are your rights?

Under the European General Data Protection Regulation you have a number of rights with regard to your data and the processing thereof:

Insight
If you want to see the personal data that has been recorded about you in Catch-On, you can request a review.

Modify
If you want to make changes to the personal data that you have seen as a result of a request for access, you can submit a request for this to Catch-On.

Limiting the processing
You also have the right, subject to conditions, to request Catch-On to limit the processing of your personal data.

Right of objection
If a certain processing takes place on the basis of the ‘legitimate interest’ of Catch-On or a third party, you have the right to object to that processing.

Data transfer
You have the right to obtain your personal data from Catch-On. Catch-On will provide this in a structured and common form that can easily be opened in other common digital systems. In this way you can also transfer your data to another provider.

Revoke permission
In all cases where the basis for a certain data processing is your permission, you have the right to withdraw that permission. This has no consequences for the past, but it means that we may no longer process that data. As a result, Catch-On may no longer provide you with certain services.

Reaction by Catch-On
A request can be sent to esther@catch-on.nl. Catch-On will grant your request as quickly as possible, in any case no later than one (1) month after Catch-On has received such a request. If Catch-On rejects your request, we will indicate in our reply why the request is rejected.

Recipients of the personal data

The data can be passed on to:

Processors, in particular Keraweb & Partners as internet service provider, with whom a processor agreement has been concluded.

It may be that Catch-On is obliged to provide your data to a third party, for example on the basis of a legal obligation.

What are cookies and how does Catch-On use them?

Cookies are small pieces of (text) information that are sent to your browser when you visit the Catch-On website, and that are then being saved on the hard disk or in the memory of your computer, tablet, mobile phone or other device (hereinafter: ‘device’).

Cookies placed via the Catch-On website cannot damage your device or the files stored on it. When we talk about ‘cookies’, we mean not only these small pieces of (text) information, but also similar techniques that collect information.

Can this Privacy Statement be changed?

This Privacy Statement can be changed. We therefore advise you to regularly read the Privacy Statement for any changes.

Where can you go with complaints and questions?

If you have any questions about this Privacy Statement and how Catch-On uses your information, you can send an email to esther@catch-on.nl. Even if you have a complaint about the way in which Catch-On processes your data, you can also send an e-mail to esther@catch-on.nl.

In addition, you can always contact the relevant national privacy protection regulator. In the Netherlands this is the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
